I am British born but korean/malay parents, now living in thailand. I have 23 years of experience professionally. Working across many sectors and countries. Working as a head chef for Roux Fine dining (Michel roux) in London. I have also owned my own restaurant in the UK winning the good food award for 4 years. Moving to Thailand and being the private chef for the ambassador of Colombia. I am passionate about my craft and passionate about passing my knowledge and experience to others to enjoy.
