Dance is my ultimate passion that I love to share with others. I have 15+ years of dance experience ranging from pointe ballet to hip-hop. I was in a hip-hop company for 4 years where we competed at World of Dance and regularly in showcases. I am also a certified Sensual Embodiment Facilitator and have vast knowledge of somatic movement practices. I love guiding others through movement to feel more free and empowered in themselves!
