After speaking with hundreds of children and young adults, I realized it was time to partially leave corporate America and really start inspiring the next generation of teachers, doctors, entrepreneurs, master plumbers, actors, etc. What I’ve learned, a lot of young adults don't know their true and full potential, nor what path to venture on, that's where I come in. Growing up poor on the east side of San Antonio, TX, I was arrested at 17, I had a 1.25 GPA my freshman year of college, and eventually failing out, I definitely had my fair share of trials and tribulations. Thankfully, those were all life stepping stones and as of 2024 at age 34, I am a successful business owner, college graduate, senior level DoD Civilian and a Captain in the Air Force Reserves. I am a true testament, if I can do it, anyone can! As an award-winning speaker and innovator, I will bring a unique, personalized message to your team or organization. I speak from real life experiences and talk about how my personal life, trials and tribulations supported my professional and personal growth. I primarily speak on motivation, overcoming obstacles, and provide techniques to my audience on how to overcome self-doubt and setbacks. I will to cater to the direct needs of my audience, there’s no one size fits all approach to how I operate.
