For most of my working life I had worked in the corporate world, never feeling fully fulfilled. For many years I’ve been practicing Mindfulnes, Meditation and Breathwork, it has been my grounding, my saviour in my own Wellbeing journey. A few years ago I added Yoga and really fell in love with combining all these resources. Ive completed many Yoga Teacher trainings (200hr Astanga Vinyasa, 75hr Yin, 40Hr Restorative & Nidra, 40hr Yoga for all stages of the Menopause). When I completed my 100-hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training (KYTT), I found my true purpose. I teach kids of all ages, families and kids with additional needs. In my classes I incorporate yoga, mindfulness, relaxation, games, music, singing, voice, storytelling, mindful living, positive language/affirmations and wellbeing to engage the ‘whole child’ .I'm passionate teaching kids and bringing out their own light and their own uniqueness.
