Movement has always been a passion of mine. My fitness career started in 2013 with personal training and group fitness. 2019 was when I was introduced to my first yoga class and as my practice deepened I knew that I wanted to complete my 200hr. Fast forward to 2021 when I began the journey of teaching yoga. Yoga is so much more than the asana it is a way of life and it brings me great joy to share that with my students.
