Ashfaq Ismail is a development practitioner with more than 20 years of diverse experience in development sector. Previously he has experience working with national and international organisations including: Cynosure; Volosun Consulting; M&R Consulting; The World Bank (Social Protection Team South-Asia); The OCEAN; WWF-Pakistan and WWF-International. His experience has revolved around: developing funding proposals; RFPs; concept papers; finding donors for various projects; report writing; editing; developing action plans; community mobilization; stakeholder identification, linkages and engagement; preparation, implementation and management of ICDP, FME and PES approach conservation projects; M&E of development projects; needs assessments; social and environmental impact assessments. development of questionnaires; carrying-out surveys; FGDs; KIIs.
