Hi! I’m Natasha Lakatos, as a former Canadian national rhythmic gymnast, my passion for movement has been a lifelong journey. After years of intense training, I discovered yoga as the perfect way to stay strong, flexible, and balanced—both physically and mentally. My mission is to share the profound benefits of this practice with others. I completed my RYS 200 teacher training in Toronto, Ontario, and with over a decade of personal practice, I’ve come to believe that yoga isn’t just about movement—it’s about transforming your entire well-being.
