My name is “Niehal Yehia” and below is a brief introduction to my work experience and skillset: I graduated from the Faculty of Kindergarten and I’ve +9 years of experience dealing with students. I can apply the supported learning strategies such as sorting cards, hot seating plan, worksheets, matching groups, ranking, and implementing differentiation in each activity in the class. besides also: visualization, cooperative learning, inquiry-based institutions, differentiation, technology in the classroom, behaviour management, and professional development. During Covid-19, I gained a lot of skills when it comes to “Online Learning” including online tools, class management, etc.. I’m an expert using tools such as; NearPod, Twinkle, Worldwall, and many other online teaching platforms In addition to computer skills including Windows/macOS with also being an expert using MS office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) And I also apply the curriculum of jolly monty which combines the jolly phonics curriculum with Montessori learning methods as this is the best way of teaching in this early stage as it is working on 4 basic skills like reading, writing, listening, and speaking which is very helpful for the students. And I do believe that KG teachers should be:- • Responsible for fostering the intellectual and social development of children in the first phase of their elementary school experience, or kindergarten • Provides the tools and the environment for students to develop into responsible adults and possibly move on to higher education • Use games, music, artwork, films
