It is my pleasure to tell you a little bit about myself. I am Pauline Ngo Soso, a teacher from profession, who has decided to shift into administration to face other challenges. But, as I love teaching, I miss all the interaction with learners. In my present job, I have the privilege of teaching new employees, interviewing customers and offering very good customer service, but I am looking forward to having the opportunity to help you acquire knowledge and new skills in various domains. From my background, I exactly understand and know what adults need to enhance their capacity at work, be it in speaking or in writing. Being immersed into this environment, I weigh the challenge. My bilingualism combined with my training and skills gathered along my professional activities make me qualified to teach both English and French. I have a Bachelor degree in Education, a Major's diploma in Educational Sciences and in Adult Education, a Certificate in Social Sciences; so more than qualified and equiped to help you efficiently.
