I’m a self-proclaimed courageous mama who recently packed up my home, moved out, and swept my 2 daughters away for adventure in Costa Rica! I am a natural born teacher because I am first and foremost a student of life. I've always been passionate about helping people to achieve their fullest potential and gain a deeper awareness Self. My yoga training is deeply rooted in tradition as I completed both my 200 and 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in India, and I have remained a student of my beloved teachers. Just as I honor my lineage, I also honor my silly and spontaneous nature. My classes usually consist of classical poses, breathwork, meditation, and some fun, spontaneous flow. Kids & Family Yoga is one of my favorite things to teach and I've had the opportunity to teach it often, while traveling to festivals and in my own studio that I owned for 8 years. The joy on the students' faces and the peace they feel after is so fulfilling. I've made a life of teaching and living yoga. My main "job" is facilitating 200-hr Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training Courses, but I also love to write, travel, spend time in nature, host retreats, and mostly just BE with my girls wherever we are in the world. Teaching yoga for me is teaching how to live life to the fullest. Embracing all aspects of this precious life and learning how to shift your perspective to change your reality is a gift, but free to all who wish to experience it.
