As a first-generation American of Afro-Cuban descent, my rich cultural heritage & upbringing have shaped my deep understanding & profound connection with the universal energy that flows through all of existence. Influenced by my grandmother, I was immersed in the mystical world of energy healing & spiritual practices, developing a deep reverence for the ancestral wisdom & the power of healing through energy, from a young age. With a profound respect for diverse spiritual paths, I'm an ordained minister, yoga instructor, energy healer, & founder of HolisticXpressions. The world we live in & everything in it, including us, is made up of energy. Because we're all part of the same energy, the same collective whole, I want to help maintain that life force energy in every way I can. So I created HolisticXpressions to do just that!
