Rami Naouss, diagnosed with cancer on 8.1.2017, initially felt lost and depressed, but decided to make daily changes and cultivate small habits to improve his life. Through activities like reading, writing, meditating, and running barefoot, he began to find purpose and challenge himself. In 2022, he completed his first marathon barefoot, sparking a realization that pushing his limits was the key to growth. He continued to run longer distances barefoot, delving into introspection and connecting with his true self. In 2023, he achieved a personal goal of setting a world record for his late aunt, who had succumbed to cancer, by standing on nails for 12 hours, 12 minutes, and 12 seconds. Since then, Rami has completed numerous barefoot marathons and ultra-marathons, organized events promoting the idea of living fully, and even met Sadhguru and authored a book. For Rami, this journey is just the beginning.
