I am certified yoga teacher and sound meditation healer with 3+ years of experience in conducting online classes for yoga as well as doing sound bath meditation residing in Canberra, Australia. I underwent my yoga training from Rishikesh Gurus with Yoga alliance certification and sound mediation from Sound India Meditation affiliated to Yoga India . I specialize in hatha yoga for age groups from 7 years old kids to 65 years old adults. I practise and teach naturopathy method of living with herbal lifestyle that is sustainable and affordable in the current modern lifestyle. I expertise in breathing practises like Pranayama and its variations along with Yoga Nidra. I also perform sound massage , sound healing using Himalayan singing bowls and crystal bowls matched to our chakras . I do tunning fork body massage using the 7 chakra tuning forks too.
