I am a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with extensive experience in teaching a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative practices. Over the years, I have worked with diverse groups of students, helping them enhance their physical strength, flexibility, emotional well-being, and inner peace through mindful movement and breathwork. My approach is rooted in creating a nurturing and inclusive space where students of all levels feel empowered and supported. In addition to my teaching experience, I have a strong foundation in meditation and yoga psychology, allowing me to guide students beyond the physical practice into deeper self-awareness and holistic wellness. I have conducted classes in both group and private settings, led workshops focused on stress management and self-growth, and worked with special populations, including prenatal practitioners and seniors. My commitment to continuous learning and heartfelt teaching has allowed me to build lasting connections with my students and help them transform their lives through yoga.
