I had been teaching English online and in person for 13 years when I was living in Luxembourg (I returned to U.K. 2 years ago). I taught business English in banks and also children of all ages, in person and online. I taught 3 kids who were in Beijing. My lessons were a mixture of talking, reading, grammar exercises and games. I focused on creating a relaxed atmosphere thus facilitating the learning process. I liked to use the Oxford Reading Tree books (I have access to them online) and am also a member of the British Council Learn English website which has good online material for all ages. Sharing whiteboards is a useful tool to make the online experience a highly effective teaching method 👌🏼☺️
