I have been practicing yoga for 15 years, originally for mental health and to ease anxiety. Passionate about helping others connect to themselves and bring clarity to life by clearing mental fog through movement. My teaching style is slow and restorative, focusing on connecting to the body and sinking into the present moment. Qualified in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Power, Chakra, Aerial basic and Vinyasa flow.
