Hello! My name is Sydney and I had my yoga instructing license for about two years now! I got my certification from Yoga & Ayurveda Center. I am passionate about self care as well as relieving stress from the body. I am currently a college student and am obtaining my Masters in Social Work. I am looking into getting certified for therapy yoga to work with those who might have experienced trauma and releasing trauma from the body.
