Wanda D’Onofrio – Ayurvedic Consultant, specialist in Ayurvedic Fertility, Pregnancy and Postpartum Care. My journey into Ayurveda started in 2010 when I moved to Canada. I spent 6 months in the Ashram and studied at the Sri Sri Ayurveda Wellness Center in Quebec, Canada. Since then I am a full-time Ayurveda massage therapist. I work in the following countries: Poland, USA, Costa Rica, Nederlands and Sweden. My big passion is Ayurvedic postpartum care in order to support mothers and babies after delivery. According to Ayurveda, the most important are the 42 days after birth. 42 days create the health for 42 years. Ayurvedic care helps new mothers and newborns feel harmonious, strong, peaceful and balanced. I am an alumni of the Sacred Window School in New Mexico, USA where I received the title: Ayurvedic Postpartum Specialist (Auyrdoula). Additionally, I have completed the Mother and Baby Program with Sri Sri Ayurveda at the Canadian Ashram in 2015. In 2016, I studied with dr Bharat Vaija in Superior, Colorado, USA. I learned pregnancy and postpartum Ayurvedic treatments, Ayurvedic massages and the herbal protocol of postpartum cooking. From 2016-2017, I completed my internship with several American families. I am grateful for this experience. It is such a joy to see happiness and balance in the lives of my clients during their new chapter. Since then, I have been traveling and supporting mothers around the world. I am based in Hawaii, USA. My mission is to strengthen women after childbirth and restore harmony and inner balance in the difficult postpartum period.
